Shaolin Chuan
Level 3 Training - Intermediate

Level 3 Training in Northern Shaolin Chuan consists of learning more advanced single man forms, chin na two man forms, weapons, and applications.  All of these areas of training should be practiced until they are second nature, then move on to more advanced material.
