Northern Shaolin Chuan Fighting In Close Quarters Boxing/Short Hit Boxing/Duan Da Quan

Duan Da Quan is an intermediate level form.  It is used to connect the basic forms with the advanced Hua Quan forms.  This form is broken down into 6 lines or roads of material to learn.  Each line is broken down movement by movement.  Then each line is demonstrated in a continuous flow.
