Northern Shaolin Hand Forms

As with any style of kung fu, there are specific hand positions or forms as we refer to them. Each form has a purpose or reason for using it. In addition, hand forms are changed throughout the forms to develop the ability to spontaneously change hand forms at will while in combat. Also, you need to condition and train the hands and arms to properly execute these movements in order to use them.
