Kicking Drills & Exercises

Here we will outline how to do the kicks found our system of Northern Shaolin Chuan.  Our kicks are all applied from the waist level and down for applications.  If you have the ability to kick higher than waist level, this is fine, however note this is for stretching and conditioning purposes.
